YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Not all the time. I purchase a so call high end mattress from VERLO. I Paid Over a $1,000. for a Verlo 9v Mattress. It is like sleeping on a brick coverd in layers of foam. This high end store {?} { Verlo} will not give a refund or return but they will pick the mattress up and Rearrange the layers of foam inserts. This pick up may or may not be an additionall cost. What a mess. I will Never purchase anything that I cant return again. To bad I did not read the fine print. With that being said, I purchase this Pillow Top Mattress Pad and in made this none usable mattress tolerable. If I had a better mattress, this pillow top would be like sleeping on a cloud. I would like to thank Exceptioal Sheets for this product.

I'm not sure what all the hype is about. It's a fairly thin quilted covering that is about the same as putting a cheap, thin comforter below your sheets. It is also a little smaller than it should be and was a bear to get on the bed because the corners and edges aren't flush with the edge. It did wash and dry okay, but with any regular washing or drying, the edges that go around the bed will definitely develop holes. A lower quality than expected for the price and hype. I'm not thrilled with the value.
It didn't cool the hot mattress down even a degree, so don't expect much if you're buying this to try to stay cool in a warm bed.
Update two monts after use: One star, since it has now shrunk so much it won't fit on the bed.

I LOVE this mattress pad. We have a comfortable mattress (a Leesa), but I wanted a loftier feel, like the beds at nice hotels... this combo got me that feeling! It also washes quite well! I was really worried about how it would hold up after our dog ingested a large quantity of peanut butter and vomited on the bed, but it did just fine in our standard apartment washer and dryer... after several washes, the oily residue was gone, the pad stayed lump-free and the elastic sides stayed stretchy. There is some weird grayish discoloration... not sure what's up with that, but it doesn't affect the comfort of the pad at all.

I purchased this March 3, 2017 and I am throwing it out on November 1, 2017. It does not fit the bed always pulling off. Falling apart on the underside. The bottom is made out of a almost paper like material that has torn in multiple places with stuffing falling out. Side panels have tears all over it. The most poorly made mattress pad I have ever purchased. Not even worth $10. Lasted 8 months and I paid over $100.

just wow!!!......the softness, cuddly, cottony feel and not that horrible slick feel, plush...just wish had discovered this mattress pad ages ago...the first night was remarkable sleeping.....[am 73 and have copd, so cannot tolerate any of the chemical, petroleum products] finally purchased new $$$ mattress in march, but so hard and tried several other pads and bed toppers, [ money and depression ].......so I applaud your company and this genuinely great product.........I REALLY BOUGHT AND PAID FOR THIS MATTRESS TOPPER, definitely not a placed ad
