This little commercial oven is better constructed then the Otis Spunkmeyer oven. With adjustable temperature control to find exact sweet spot. Its unreal how many cookies this cooks per load: 3 trays of 1 oz cookies at 12 per or for 1.5 oz I get 9 per tray. Cookies come out as expected pretty even not perfect but exceeded my expectation. Its for cookies only since max temperature is 350 degrees.

Bought this little oven for our youth hockey club to add to the concession stand and it rocks! makes lots of cookies at once and is ultra consistent. paid for itself in the first weekend it was used. I'll be buying more Wisco products after using this oven.

Excellent oven. My wife is a Christmas cookie baker, making a couple of hundred that she puts in tins and mails to family members. This year her oven made her job so much easier. She just loves this over. Trouble-free purchasing experience.
