It is a good product but need replacement parts

It is a good product. Used about 3 years with out leak. Now it starts leaking. Since it is bit expensive it will be appropriate if they offer the replacement parts. I would given five stars if there were parts available

Terrible product - we bought this at a store to use for our cloth diapers. Pressure was so strong we turned down the valve so we weren't spraying poo all over the bathroom and the spray angle is awkward. We could have overlooked that because it's not really meant for diapers, but the sprayer head started leaking after about a month. Overall I would definitely NOT recommend this sprayer especially for using with cloth diapers.

Purchased and had plumber install while replacing toilet. Constant water leaks at tip of nozzle unless valve is turned off. Tried looking for a customer service number and had no luck.
Unexpected leaks

I like this product, but the area of small holes (where the water actually comes out/nozzle) is constantly dripping water. I have to hang it over my bathtub rather than actually mounting it to the wall. I was worried about leaks in the hose, or around where the different pieces connect, but the actual leak I have was unexpected.
