Not My Day

This is not an RSD-3100. It is a RSD-3110 and does not include the message, and deodorization functions as that of RSD-3100. The first order (unseen) was sent UPS and was sent back to supplier as undeliverable. My reorder (2nd) for RSD-3100 was sent via FEX, it turned out to be a RSD-3110 not as ordered, and looked as though it had been opened and cleaned-up. Thought to use it anyway, so I attached the water hose and plugged in the electric plug. The unit lite up but the inside water tank was not filling up with water and I got the flashing lights indicating failure to operate. I promptly returned it to supplier with no hassle for another order of the RSD-3100. I received another one 4-days later which was another RSD-3110. I refused delivery at the door and FEX nicely sad he would returned the item to the supplier. Not my day.
