Not at all like the first time I ordered this.
F. Mintier•May 6, 2017
The first time I ordered, the bagels were wonderfully dense, moist and flavorful, with lots of sesame seeds. These were not. The texture was airy, somewhat dry and tasteless, with a scattering of sesame seeds. What happened? It has only been 2 months since my first order!
It's great for a low-carb bagel alernative

This bagel looks like a real bagel but is far from one. However it is a great alternative to a real bagel. It is what it says it is: a low-carb bread product. It's light like air but does the trick if you are missing having breakfast sandwiches. I lightly toast it, put light cream-cheese on it, 2oz. of lox and it looks and smells like the real deal, but it is so much lower in calories - only 250 for the whole sandwich - and doesn't weigh you down as it has far more protein grams (29) than carb grams (18). It's nice to have something resembling bread when you are on low-carb diet. The customers service is excellent by the way, they let me know that the flavor I picked (sesame) was close to expiring and asked me what I wanted to do. I opted in to ordering the Everything flavor and it was shipped fast. I keep the sliced up stash in my freezer (be sure to have enough freezer space for 6-7 medium sized bagels), so they stay fresh as I need them.
My Breakfast Every Morning!

I grill these in butter on stove eye. Have a fried egg on one half and a small amount of natural peanut butter on other half for low carb breakfast at under 300 calories. I go to bed anticipating my great breakfast, but I'm easily pleased and thrilled I found these
I guess this is a good substitute. I find I have to toast it ...

If you are carb conscious and are just dying for a bagel, I guess this is a good substitute. I find I have to toast it and have a "healthy" cream cheese spread on it for it to be somewhat palatable. I can't eat these "as-is."
I like having a low carb bagel now and then

I like having a low carb bagel now and then, these really filled a void. I freeze them as soon as they arrive. Of course they aren't the same as "real bagels" but they are still good. The price sucks though.
