These are too difficult to use because they are so large (designed this a very long rise from crotch to waist) they are both less comfortable and more "diaper" than the real fit Depends. They are difficult to impossible for someone with either motor difficulties or mild dementia to use by themselves. The size makes them that much more so. Please add the same tear-away feature to the Real Fit Depends.

Imagine you have borrowed a disposable shower cap from Paul Bunyan. Put your feet through the opening for Paul Bunyan's head and punch them all the way through the top. This is what it feels like when a 5' 9" man weighing 175 lbs. puts on this product in the Small/Medium size. Of course, you can use the tabs to snug it up, thereby moving around some of the material in Paul Bunyan's shower cap, but you will not be able to snug up the leg openings at all, and you will not succeed in making this get-up look any less ridiculous. Perhaps appropriate for the Ample Gentleman, but not for the average dude.

I ordered these because they had velcro tabs on each side. I thought these were open on each side much like baby diapers, but they are not. They are pull ons which makes these useless for me to use on my husband who is bedbound. Now I found out that I can only return them for an exchange. Ugh!!

My 86 year old dad says these are great, but I only see them when they're soiled. Suggest using scissors to cut them off under those circumstances. Much easier to remove without collateral damage to the person wearing them and the caregiver too.
