This product is for my 97 year old mother. They are slightly big on her, she is very little. But they NEVER leak or shift. Her clothes never get dirty. Any problems stay inside the underwear. She doesn't have big problems, if you know what I mean. They do get very wet, but everything is absorbed. She stays dry and comfortable.
