Great Pizza Peel
Alan Reaume•September 9, 2017
Nice pizza peel. I make homemade pizza's every couple of week's, so this piece is used accordingly. Preferred as the peel for finished pizza's and cutting. I use another peel for launching uncooked pies.
Great useful tool

Great piece of wood. Can use it for pizza but also for cheese and crackers.
Love It!

I love this peel. It works so easily with pizza that I wonder how I took my pizza out of the oven before. Upon receiving it, I washed and dried it and applied James Taylor butcher block food grade oil. It looks beautiful. We eat the pizza right off of the peel which is a lovely serving piece. When not in use it is leaned against my counter wall. I also plan on using it for a cheese platter.
it's attractive and a great size, but still storable

it's attractive and a great size, but still storable. the only thing is that I ended up getting a metal pizza peel with a handle because I was worried about singe-ing this one. now I use the other peel for getting it off the grill, and this one for cutting/serving.

Packaging was lacking--which resulted in the product being damaged in transit. Took it to a belt sander to smooth out the lip which had been crushed by a hard drop. Works well--please remember to seal your wood products with a vegetable based food-safe oil.
