I like them but forget to use them! I want to get out of the habit of using my wooden bread board, for sanitary reasons, that is built in to my kitchen.
But it's hard to teach an old dog, new tricks! But when I DO remember to use these cutting boards, they are very nice. I think the whole set could use being increased in size--each one just an inch or two larger--they are kinda small. Also, some of the reviews I read before purchasing said that the cutting boards stayed in place while cutting on them but with my tile surfaces, I really feel like they didn't stay in place...at least not like I had expected but that wasn't a biggy to me. But the quality is great! When I have already cut stuff up on my wooden bread board (old dog forgets...) then remember about these cutting boards, I use each of these cutting boards for the rest of my cutting since I quickly run out of room on my bread board. It's nice to carry a much smaller cutting board over to the stove to put something in a pan too. I am going to try and concentrate on using them more. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
