I drink black coffee so it's got to be good, not needing to be doctored with cream & sugar to make it drinkable. I want rich flavorful coffee. To that end, I've got 5 different coffees in my house right now. All organic bc coffee & tea are two of the most highly sprayed products on the planet. I've got two French Presses and Pour Over equipment. I got rid of my Keurig. I needed a good quick (instant) decaf for later in the day & evening. This is it ~ rich & good by itself. It's dark coffee crystals, not powder. Dissolves instantly. I've found myself making a cup of this in the AM just bc it's quicker. For after dinner, I tend to add cinnamon bc I'm drinking it more as a dessert coffee then. I think I'm being fancy by adding a dollop of whipped cream, too. It's dessert!

Good coffee for decaf. Very pleased with the packing. Last order had arrived with a broken jar and shards of glass mixed in with the coffee. This was a much better experience!

I love the flavor of this Decaf Mount Hagen Organic Coffee. When I gave up adding cream to my coffee I found this wonderful instant that uses the Swiss Water method for the de-caffeination process instead of using chemicals. I've always been called a coffee snob and never thought I would drink an instant. In fact, I teased my mother for years when she drank her instant coffee instead of the gourmet fresh ground bean coffee I would brew. Mount Hagen is this coffee snob's choice now! It's perfect for travel too! I even sent my brother and his wife both the decaf and regular instant to keep at their cabin in Northern Michigan. â˜•ï¸ â¤ï¸

Update: We ordered a second pair of of these this past week because we love it so much.

One of the glass jars arrived broken unfortunately (probably the shippers fault because they looked packaged well enough). We contacted the company and they immediately gave a full refund which we didn't expect. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We'll definitely order again since we know we can trust them.

Decaf coffee is never as good as regular, especially when it comes to instant. Well, that's what I used to say! I taste tested Mount Hagen against Starbucks VIA and have to say that I will never go back to VIA! Mount Hagen is so much better! Not burnt tasting, with a mellow and slightly sweet flavor. I'll be buying this as soon as I run out!

I had to give up real coffee two years ago. Tried the dandylion alternative, which was fine if I wanted to drink it black, but most of the time when I crave a coffee I want it with milk and that dandylion stuff just didn't taste right served with milk. This product from Mount Hagen is flavorful, dissolves quickly and satisfies that coffee moment. So glad I read the reviews and made this purchase. Will definitely be ordering more.

Update on 06.16.18: Just received a second order from the same seller as before, Deal26, and although the two jars were wrapped together in bubble wrap, there was no air pillow to pad out the box and one of the jars arrived completely smashed to bits. Did not want to open the bubblewrap to find out if the other jar was intact or cracked; too many shards of glass to risk getting cut. Item not eligible for return from this third-party seller, but Amazon.com were kind enough to issue a refund
