Very pleased with this lift
sue schancer•June 12, 2017
I read reviews before buy this lift. With an electric drill works really well. I would not want to hand crank. My husband can't help much because of back problems, but with is supervising I was able to change blades. Our huskvarna mower has the front bumper which makes it hard to crank also a roller underneath that I just has to give a tug and fit into the wheel holders. Very pleased with this lift.
Honest Reveiw

I purchased this product through Amazon warehouse deals at a good price (perfect). I used it today for the first time and was very pleased with how well it lifted my 2016 CubCadet 46" Enduro series tractor. I used my 18 volt Dewalt drill with a 3/8 adapter in it to turn the round screw head ( battery wasn't at full charge but still did the job). I did notice that the drill was very tight to the bumper, slight angle and would eventually egg the 3/8 square in the screw head as some other people have had this problem. The way I solved this was to use a 3/8 universal in between the bit and round screw head. Worked great. If you don't have a bumper or anything in the way (straight shot ) no problems. I'm 76 and this product is a life saver for me.
Bumper ? No Problem !

Works GREAT ! I was worried that it wouldn't work on my Ariens 46" lawn tractor because I have a front bumper on it but it worked just fine. Changing blades is a snap now - especially if you have an impact wrench to use vs the manual crank . Easy to store. Highly recommended.
Check Straps and Pins - Super Convenient
DB BluBlock Productions•November 27, 2016
Yanked this lift out of the box and immediately had my mower in the air. Hesitant of some potential safety issues at first but it seemed to work out in the end.
1. The safety pins that hold each wheel arm in easily slide right out. There is virtually no resistance and it's a bit unnerving.
2. As others mentioned, the straps are fed through the clasp incorrectly out of the box. Make that a priority when setting up. On that note, the straps are low quality.
3. Noticed several points where welds are acceptable at best. Sloppy, but probably sufficient.
So, it took quite a bit of umph to get the mower in the air. For fun I tried to raise it with a 20v drill and adaptor.. not happening. Kind of feels like there's more resistance than there should be. When I was done, it slides under my work bench hidden from sight until it's time to change blades again. This lift certainly makes deck maintenance a breeze and it worth its weight in gold if it holds up.

Much better than the EZ

Does a nice job of lifting my JD 300. I feel safe working on the mower deck with this product. I had the MoJack EZ prior to this model and the screw type lift was terrible!
