A doctor recommended these to me for neck muscle spasms. Maybe im the only one but they didnt do anything for relief. I usually use bio-freeze roll-on which works great but i thought i would try this product because of his suggestion. Oh well, i should of stuck with what i know works.....

I bought these for my foot which i had surgery on. They feel very nice. Be careful because a couple times i left them on overnight and they gave me a kind of rash - or maybe just irritated skin.
