I was surprised that the scale arrived in one piece. The box it came in was ripped and taped back together. Luckily, the scale was in perfect condition since it was packed well in their box. The scale does everything imaginable to keep track of weight as well as BM, hydration, etc. My only negative is that there is no light. The stickers that were on it left sticky residue when they were removed. Not a deal breaker for sure.

This glass scale seems to be durable, the only thing I trust is the weight on these types of scales. Stepping onto the scale can be a bit creaky but definitely not a deal breaker. It does take a few batteries to power it on. You might be replacing them often if you are using it frequently each week. So far the scale has been great!

I used to own a scale that is similar to this one, so when it came to replacing it I wanted similar. This one fits the bill. I was able to acquaint myself with it very quickly due to past experience. Just like my old one it's a busy noisy on the tiled bathroom floor but it's only for a couple of seconds as you adjust. It seems to be fairly accurate within 2 lbs. I also like the other info it provides.

I was slightly concerned that the only review for this item was quite negative, reporting different readings when using it twice in a row. But I wondered about the reviewer giving only approximate readings as examples -- no tenths. And I did want the hydration and BMI readings that a more highly rated (and slightly more expensive) scale from the same company does not provide. And this model was about sold out. Why only one review, especially if people were finding it junky?
So I took a chance, and won. I rarely try it a second time to see if it repeats correctly, but the several times I have, it has been right on the money.
After owning it a few months I noticed something silly about it. During set-up one gives one's age, which is presumably irrelevant to any calculations. Anyway if the device lasts more than a year your listed age will be wrong: there is no way to add a year without totally resetting everything!
So I took a chance, and won. I rarely try it a second time to see if it repeats correctly, but the several times I have, it has been right on the money.
