The belt version is great for low back pain

I wasn't sure if I'd like the "back wrap" version with the belt. - I do! It works well for lower back pain. Better than positioning separate packs!
Although the gel bead products don't stay super cold for more than about 15 or 20 minutes, I've found it's long enough for me.
One star off because the buckle is a little annoying, but that's a minor issue. Overall it's a great product!
If you're in doubt about getting the belt version for lower back pain, go for it.

The idea is great, but the execution is bad. It does not stay warm very long, maybe 10 minutes compare to traditional heatpad that stays warm up to an hour. I would not recommend it unless you don't need it to stay warm very long after each heat up.

A lot smaller than it looks. I was hoping this wrapped around the back of my neck while touching my back a little and the tips resting over my shoulders. It touches the back of my neck and the tips just come over my shoulders where I still have to hold it or it'll fall off my back.

Not for your neck, for your shoulders. Because of how it is constructed you can't really even bend it to put on your neck. Had they called this a shoulder wrap (which is what it is) I never would have purchased it. It is a lot smaller than pictured.
Fits well but doesn't stay cold long enough and seam broke and leaks.

I purchased this for use after rotator cuff surgery. This fits nicely over the shoulder. However, i did spring a leak along a seam that I temporarily repaired with some freezer tape. The wrap stays cold for about 20 minutes. That means it needs to be switched with something else often when you need 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off or to just leave it on. The best thing I've found that fits where I need it has been an old fashioned rubber ice bag, it is flexible to fit where needed and stays cold long.
