Absolutely LOVE this! We bought this originally for one of our houses that we rent. During renovations, the original door bell wiring got all messed up and would have costed us a lot of money to have an electrician re-wire. Fast installation and our tenants love it. We're in an area that has a lot of solicitation, so it's great to unplug if you want to nap during the day undisturbed! Will buy again!

Works exactly as advertised. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because you have to plug the receiver unit into an outlet instead of using a couple of AA batteries for power. It's small enough to just take up one plug.
One other issue is to find the exact place to put the doorbell button. Putting the button on my gate was too far out of range to sound the bell but placing it on the side of the house had the opposite effect. It's true people, a couple of inches to the left or right makes a difference. As you snicker from this remark, don't use the double sided tape till you find the sweet spot.

Happy so far. I did use industrial Velcro to attach the push button, which was not included. Very amusing to go through the various ring tones. I would like the ring tone to be a little richer sounding, but this will do the trick regardless.

I replaced a wireless doorbell that gave me a lot of trouble, especially with battery contacts and intermittent operation.
I've had this one for more than one year and it works great. It has more tones (songs) than anyone will ever need.
I gave it 4 stars because if the chime loses power by unplugging or blackout, you have to cycle through many many chimes
to get to the one you had set previously.
