I consider myself to have small-medium hands and recommend the M/XL size if you wear (as you should) handwraps underneath.
If you get the smaller ones they you will have a lot of trouble fitting them with hand wraps.
They feel of good quality and are compact. It's a nice bonus that they are machine washable too.
