Freezes like a brick

Not very pliable when frozen. I wanted something that would conform to the shape of my body and this product freezes like a solid brick. Not what I was looking for
What I received is NOT 10"X6". It's only 6"X7" ...

What I received is NOT 10"X6". It's maybe 5"X6". and it is Not gel beads, it's just gel. A total ripoff and not the product pictured or advertised. In the photo for size reference is a piece of toilet paper. The other photos show the discrepancy in the advertised size vs the actual size printed right on the product and the actual product being sold in a larger size for $7.75 or a 3 pack of larger pack as for $18.99. This listing is a joke.

While the pack did cool and warm as it should, it did not last. Within only two weeks of use, the seam split, and I had gel balls fall out and make a mess. This was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this product.

Packs don't stay cold as long as a true bag of ice. Updated: The plastic gets brittle after about a few months. Side split open and the blue beads when every where. Would spend your money eleswhere.
