Red Curry is the best of the Bold StarKist Tuna Pouches

These tuna in a pouch are fantastic. They are tasty and mostly protein and will fill you up with less calories than an average slice of bread. You can eat one of them as a standalone meal, put in a microwavable plate and heat them up, or use them as an ingredient in meals. I like the Bold variety as they have a slight kick without being overly spicy. I've tried many of the varieties, but I enjoy the Red Curry ones the best. You can taste the coconut milk curry flavor which goes great with tuna.
The Jalapeno one is best as an ingredient. It tastes like normal tuna with bits of jalapeno in it. This makes it great in an omelet or making tuna cakes - like crab cakes but with tuna.
The Sriracha and Hot Buffalo Style are also not too bad, especially if you do not care for curry.
The Thai Chili is okay, but the flavor of the Chicken of the Sea Spicy Thai Chili is, in my opinion a little bit better - sweeter and with full chili peppers in it.
I have not tried the spicy korean or the tapatio flavors yet.
For non-Bold flavors, the honey bbq doesn't taste of honey or bbq much.
The sweet and spicy is more sweet than spicy, and is pretty good.
I would avoid the chicken creations pouches. I'm not sure why they didn't go with the same type of recipe as the tuna ones, but the chicken pouches seem like they have a far higher percentage of modified corn starch than the tuna ones, which to many people, makes them resemble cat food.
