I actually got me all of their vitamins. Honestly I didn't believe they would be so good for me , but I like to try things. So, after feeling lazy and kind of tired most of the time and not willing to go out but forcing myself I decided to try these vits. I am taking them now for a week and I don't remember when was the last time I really wanted to do things and not did them just because I had to. Very glad I came across Dr. Levy's interview on YouTube . This stuff works!!! Thank you Amazon and Livon Labs . BTW, it's easier to take them all or by one with a shot of orange juice , if you take it with water it may make you feel nauseous .

These products have helped my body so much. Debilitating muscles spasms are going away. But enough people have commented about that. Many ppl complain about the taste and they are mixing it with things. No no no. There is a demo on the website and I do it at home. Pour a shot of juice in a shot glass. Squeeze packet in. Do not mix! Just shoot it down. I taste nothing and it's great. For gods sake do not mix it in your morning smoothie in hopes of enjoying it. It's supposed to be on an empty stomach anyways. Don't mix, just shoot it down!

People have complained in reviews about the bad taste liquid health supplements have, though this particular brand is of a higher quality. This is one product I really look forward to taking each morning instead of dreading it. The main point of my review though is in the effect I get. While it could be psychosomatic I really believe it is the product itself that is making me feel better. I take this along with the Glutathione packet and I mix the two and have taken it once per day for approximately 2 weeks. Almost immediately my energy levels started improving and while I feel more alert and focused there are no jitters or unwanted side-effects...just a very noticeable great feeling of well being.
