I bought this rain cape to use on a mobility scooter. It fits well - longer in front so it covers the scooter's controls. The fabric is pliable so it hangs comfortably. If you look at the inside seams, all the seams are covered with a waterproof inner tape, a sign of good construction. The hood has a good-sized brim.

Seems to be just the right size to fit me and cover my new electric wheelchair/scooter all the way over the front basket and to the back of the chair. Nice but strong plastic smell which I expect will fade

After several uses the strong plastic smell has faded. Has been a real life saver for both me and my electric scooter.

Great for bicycle. Big window in front lets me see ebike computer, and keeps controler switches and twist throttle dry. My front fender mount light and handlebar light both shine through.

Front flap is very generous, down to my ankles when standing, and I'm 5'7". On bike, I will try a few different ideas to make it a tiny bit shorter to be sure it doesn't get grabbed between tire and metal fender when riding - seems unlikely, but possible in quick turn when leaning forward. It drapes over my city style handlebars in a way that keeps it far from chain, etc. But front edge is right on front fender. No clips included for securing like I saw on other listings, but I would not want too strong of a clip that would make the poncho strangle me in a serious wreck.

Back flap not long enough to extend all the way over rear rack battery, but I think that would be dangerously long and I have other cover for that.

Was worried the mirror openings would be a problem, as I don't need them. They are well gusseted, though, AND have little zippers-all good.

Hood has good drawstring, unlike other reviewer mentioned. Good gusset w decent plastic snaps at neck, though I will keep them open and let gusset block rain but not touch my face.

I found it super easy to refold by looking carefully at creases. Basically, you don't start with it laying front-to-back, not like you wear it. Start with it laid out on one side, creased at chest and back. Then you take front and fold it over back. From there, it's easy to fold into original square. The neck has room for the hood to twist and brim to lay flat at the end.

I have never been a poncho person, but now I get it! I might get some to carry in cars. Would be good for concerts or sporting events on lawnchairs or bleachers. Also for roadside emergencies with flashlight shining through window, kneeling to put on chains, etc. I carry Helly rain gear that is not as sturdy, and it is too much hassle to put on in car.

Ripstop type outer layer is well bonded to heavier rubber. No stink! Feels sturdy and looks better than pictured. Reflective stripe on back is cute silver checkerboard in daylight. Red color is not ugly-bright veering toward orange. Overall, so much better than expected!

This is a great cape for use on my mobility scooter. It is heavier than I expected, and will be adequate without additional coat in most rainy weather. Yet it is big enough that I can wear it over a heavy coat. It has zippers in two locations so you can have hands inside or outside the cape, or if you need to pay tolls or things without removing or flipping up the cape.

Great for staying mobile on my moped even when it's raining out. Only improvement could be a tighter fight around the head such as a draw string or maybe elastic. Either way gets the job done.
