Great Product for good results!

After watching a video on how to make Kimchi, the person stated that if I didn't have Sweet Rice Flour that you could use regular flour. I used regular flour, and was very disappointed; it came out lumpy and ruined a batch of my Kimchi. When I used the Sweet Rice Flour, it dissolved in the hot liquid (just like it did on the video) and worked up a wonderful "paste" for my Kimchi....I think the taste was a little different too. This is a great product and I would advise anyone that wants to ferment your own food to use the ingredients called for and give this Sweet Rice Flour a try. You'll be glad you did!

This is extremely fine and lovely mochiko sweet rice flour. It is amazing and I use in so many different preparations and that is in American cooking. It is a great base for sauces and for frying. You never get that thick over flourly taste that you get in our flours. It could just be the way
I cook but nonetheless I will always purchase this fine flour.

I have never used rice rice flour before this stuff, but it worked great. No clumps when used, and the flour has a very fine texture. I like the small box it comes in, and it has a tab to remove excess flour from your measuring spoon. I used this to make kimchi, and some other Korean dishes. Worked perfectly!

Great flour, well packaged. My only concern is that the package had NO expiration date on the boxes. Still, would definitely buy again.
