I love this product. This is my 2nd bottle of 360 soft gels, and I take it every day. My skin, and hair is healthy, and I feel so much better overall. I've been going through a very stressful experience for the last year & ½ and became fatigued and down right exhausted at times. I heard about these from my mother. They've helped me regain strength and I am no where near as down or exhausted as I was prior to taking. I noticed my skin was better, my hair not dry & brittle. I highly recommend taking this daily, for anyone.

You may not know your body needs this vitamin. But if you feel tired all the time you just might need the boost that vitamin D will give your body. This may happen as you age because you are not getting enough sunshine as you did as a kid because you were always out enjoying sports outside. Of course if you are a kid and stay indoors you too may need vitamin D. Talk to your family doctor. My family doctor told me to take some every day. I feel great now with lots of pep. The best part is I lost my grumpy mood with vitamin D. Of course talk with your family doctor to be sure..

I've been using this product for over two years now and it's a life saver. I suffer from SAD which is moderate-severe winter depression when the amount of sunlight is low. Which results into a sad, lifeless, low energy mood. After getting this in my system for a couple weeks I noticed my personality perk up and my outlook more positive. If you're suffering from SAD try this before jumping into prescription medications. This is cheaper and healthier! Unless I move to a year round sunny state I will not stop taking this product.

I'm glad I found this brand. I was looking for vitamin D for my teeth and found this. It's a good price, especially for how many you get - a year's supply! I appreciate that it's non-gmo and in organic olive oil. My husband especially likes that the capsules are small. I'd call them tiny, actually. They are very easy to take. Recommended, and will buy again.

Starting half a year ago, I started experiencing sudden and mysterious skin and digestive issues. This is not something I have ever experienced, and since my regular blood tests always came back with great stats, I was at a loss as to what could be causing this abrupt physical breakdown. A special note to those who are starting or currently in fertility treatment: My fertility doc likely tested my Vit D levels because something seemed off with my AMH levels compared to my other stats. Apparently low Vit D levels can potentially affect natural AMH production. I am including this random tidbit because there is no way any normal human being would ever think about this, and if I had known I would have started general vitamin supplements earlier.
