Wish I ordered this sooner. Recently developed hyperhydrosis and it stresses me out and I end up stress sweat resulting in a lot of sweat and random bursts of pungent underarm odor, my OCD cleanliness and outfit changes aside.

Had underarm Botox, used drysol, underarm stickies - nothing really worked consistently and I was so embarrassed at my office job and even in some personal social settings. I'd just be way too hot (even in the cold or AC) and sweaty and i'm young, 5'7, 140 and pretty healthy.

Believe you me when I say these work! In addition I do the following: use Certain Dri 2x per week (each use good for 72hours), shower with Tea Tree Therapeutic body scrub (it's a pumice and I leave on for a couple minutes before washing off - it's the green bottle), get a prescription for Clindamycin from a dermatologist or doctor and apply before using your deodorant. Finally spray your favorite perfume (before when I used perfume it smelled terrible bc of the bacteria that sticks on your skin post sweating, but now I can use it again!!). I also include a daily dose of probiotics - the more the better (I take the RenewDaily Women's 90 million) to try and balance my internal good/bad bacteria.

Sounds more intimidating then it is but that plus the tee which fits perfect if you order a size up (I'm usually a S and ordered 3 Ms) has me feeling like half the person I used to be prior to the excessive sweating and keeps me smelling fresh and less sweaty. The cost of the shirt + sweating regime is less than $100 which is way less then all my previous interventions and constantly buying clothes that weren't breathable, held odor more, or were ruined by sweat stains. Try it! Highly recommend, I hope this helps someone - you aren't alone in your sweaty (or smelly) journey to feeling normal again!!

I have suffered from excessive sweating since I was a teen, and at age 43, I have literally built my entire life and wardrobe around this problem. I wear almost nothing that isn't black or navy, for fear of visibly sweating through my shirts, which I do before I even leave for the day. Cotton undershirts, even layered with a long sleeve shirt and suit jacket just mean it takes 20 minutes to sweat through the suit. Hot, cold, rainy, doesn't matter, I sweat bullets, and its embarrassing in a professional setting.
I've tried clinical strength deodorant, wipe on super strength leave on overnight anti-sweat medicated wipes, and nothing has worked. I'm certainly made of money, so the Hollywood actress Botox injections to stop the sweating under the arms is really not an option.

Instead, I purchased two of these undershirts, slim fit, to wear under the shirts I know I will pit out within seconds - ones that I don't dare wear without a blazer to throw over the top. These worked amazingly well, and I did not sweat through my risky light (ie, non black or navy) shirt choices the entire day.

I would give these shirts five stars, but even though these fit well, I think because of the extra snug layer, they will be too bulky and hot for me to wear when summer comes. Right now, they are perfect, but I won't want to be wearing these in the hot southwest desert come May. Plus, for as much as I sweat, I would literally need to buy a wagon full of these, and frankly, that's not cost effective.

In the end, I will be using these to get me through risky wardrobe (anything other than the color black) choices. However, I am considering a more permanent solution to the problem and using these until then.

For reference, I'm 5'4.5" tall, 129 lbs, bust/cup size 34A/B with broad shoulders, 27" natural waist. Ordered a small. I've only worn this shirt once so far, and it did well - no seepage onto my outer layer shirt, and I sweat more heavily than anyone I know (just sitting around doing nothing, I will have sweat marks on my shirt- guaranteed). It is more snug than I expected. I saw other reviews suggesting to order a size up, and others saying it was true to size. I almost always wear size small shirts and like a fitted but not skin-tight style, and this small is very stretchy and form-fitting. Not uncomfortable and doesn't move around or ride up under my outer shirt at all, so that's great. Even when putting my sweater on over it, i expected to have to adjust the sleeves (and that they'd roll up under the sweater), but I didn't have to. I suspect that it is sized to be snug since it's an under-shirt. I would not suggest wearing this alone - it's see through. I ordered white, so that might be different for the black color. So, if you're about my size and you usually wear smalls and are OK with this being very snug, go ahead and order the small. If you sometimes wear mediums or don't like clothes fitting very close to your skin, you could try the medium. The underarm pads are not too bulky but might take some getting used to. They felt odd, but I checked multiple times in the mirror and couldn't see them. I worry that if I get a medium it might not "stay put" as well as the small does. If I order a medium, I'll try to remember to leave a review for that as well.

I originally ordered a Small (black) but it was a bit too big for wearing underneath the shirts I'll be wearing overtop, I exchanged it for an X-Small and it fits perfect!!! The communication and transaction was great between the seller and I. I do suffer from hyperhidrosis, and today I had a meeting so I wore a shirt that world definitely show sweat, IF this tee did not work..... and I'm soooo pleased to say that IT WORKS!!!! This is seriously a lifesaver for anyone who suffers from excessive sweat! I was prone to write this review right now! Especially since I just ordered another 1 lol... however this time I ordered the new slim fit version that they have out (rather then this original fit) and in white.

I hope I helped someone out there if you were or are hesitant to order this because your unsure it works because it does!!! I unfortunately am someone that always worries about sweating and what shirt to wear so it doesn't show (as much or at all) and although this may just be a shirt, its a BLESSING to someone who struggles with a condition like hyperhidrosis! I can now focus on other things instead of thinking about sweat or worrying about what shirts I can wear!

I have hyperhidrosis underneath my underarms. It sucks. I bought this undershirt because I work at a nursing home so of course I wear scrubs, and I would have terrible pit stains on my scrub tops. I wear blue scrubs so it would be pretty visible. Wore it today for the first time to work underneath my scrub top and there were literally no stains. The shirt is also lightweight so I honestly forgot I had it on. Im 4'11 and I weight about 106 lbs, I got an extra small and it's pretty comfortable. I would highly recommend!
