It's a very good quality product that's why I am giving it 5 stars. But one must choose carefully the size.
The 3-5 horse is too small for our 3 year old daughter (she is 37 inches tall). We originally bought her a 6-10 year size, and it was too large, so we decided to get another one - this one.
When I took it out of the box and inflated it I knew I was in trouble :). It is tiny. I can see how a 2-3 year old can jump on it. But I can't imagine average size 4-5 year old being able to use it.
What finally worked for us, was deflating the 6-10 horse to the size suitable for her. I am not returning this one though - it will go to our nephew, newborn cowboy :).

but I told him no this one was better quality. So far

We bought this as a replacement for another hop ball that wouldn't stay inflated (made by another company) and this one has held up really well. My son was playing on it the other day and said "This one isn't going flat and squishy". I guess he thought it was supposed to do that, but I told him no this one was better quality. So far, we've been happy with it and it's super cute.
I enjoy seeing my hold jumping on her horsey
I.D.O.P•January 4, 2016
My 3 year old loves jumping on her horsey. She is tiny and small but according to her dad, the 3-5 size is too small for her. I am not sure, she jumps perfectly on it but always falls off in he end. I don't know if because it is too little and it stays behind or it is just a jumping consequence. Whatever it is, she loves jumping on it and I would recommend this fun element to everybody. It is made out of quality materials and it is very sturdy. I'm satisfied.
Perfect for my son - 33 lbs and 36" tall

This thing is so cool! I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old son who is just over 30 lbs. I bought the adult sized one for his sister and they have literally not stopped bouncing around the house on these since they got them at Christmas. We haven't had to air the child sized one up once after we originally blew it up. I was worried that he was a little young to be able to enjoy this as much as he does but he caught on so fast. He got bucked off once when he first tried it out and got the hang of it right after that. He's 3' tall and about 33 lbs and this size is absolutely perfect for him.
One thing that I would call a negative is that the horse "hair" has been falling out. Not in large clumps and not noticeable on the horse, but on the floor you can see the black hair. I don't know if this will continue or if it was just the loose hair falling out. Still recommend this 100% :)

I got this for my 3 year old great grandson as a Birthday Gift
Linda K.•December 16, 2015
I got this for my 3 year old great grandson as a Birthday Gift. He did not know what to do the first time he got thrown off. |He was very quick to figure this out, put his Cowboy Hat on and was bouncing all over the house. This turned out to be his most favorite birthday present out of everything he got. I received a phone video of his first attempted ride and could not keep from laughing to see the expression on his face when got bounced off. I still look at it. The size was perfect for him I got the small.
