Taste is slightly sweet, easy to drink mixed with plain water. I was hoping it would have a grassy kale taste so I could mix it with V8 to replace my fresh juicing which has gotten expensive, but this one really doesn't work, unless you start adding more ingredients, which defeats my reason for getting this. I plan to update after 3 weeks or so with health results because it's only been a week with no noticeable energy difference.

This mixes so easy with water and the taste is okay. Be sure not to use tap water. The chlorine will kill the probiotics. Love this drink it ensures I'm getting my probiotics AND several vegetables

This is the first green superfood product I have ever tried. I read many reviews for different products before buying this one. I felt that the price/value was the best and that the reviews were very good, overall. The one thing I noticed is that if I take this product after dinner, it interrupts my sleep. I think it is the green tea extract. It took me a couple of days to figure out why I was not sleeping well. I then started taking it after breakfast and my sleep issues were gone. I feel more energized during the day and I also feel that my digestive system has benefited from Green Supremefood. It tastes fine. I know some people said it was too sweet, but I think its fine. I just mix it with water. I suppose that if you use sweet fruits and make a shake, it could become too sweet. I am very happy with this product!

this stuff tastes like yard clippings mixed with an overload of sweetener. horrible. i only got it because i don't haul my juicer with me on the road so thought this would be a good bridge for the trip. after 2 days i chucked it in the garbage.
