Not a great pudding.

I wasn't happy with the flavor or consistency. I hoped for a lemon pudding. Perhaps, as intended, in a pie with graham cracker crust the "can" flavor wouldn't be as noticeable.
Not For Me

I didn't care for this at all.
GOOD

I USED THIS IN RECIPE I FOUND ON FACEBOOK, WORKED VERY NICELY, BECAUSE RECIPE CALLED FOR 15 OZ OF LEMON PUDDING AND I USED THIS 22OZ CAN, WHICH STOOD UP BETTER IN THE TASTE TEST!
Ingredient list

This is no better or worse tasting than similar products, but its ingredients are what make it worth buying. Since the seller hasn't seen fit to post those, here they are: Water, sugar, food starch-modified (corn), concentrated lemon juice, sodium citrate, citric acid, carrageenan, locust bean gum, titanium dioxide, natural flavors, yellow #5.
Certainly not a health food, but if you're looking to avoid high fructose corn syrup or unnecessary added fats, this is the one.
The other reason I like this brand is that the cans are enamel-lined. I only use 1/3 C at a time (lemon cookie recipe), and can keep the remainder covered in the can, in the fridge, indefinitely.
