OEM like listed. Plug in, route wires and done. Suggest light coating of Dialectic grease on connections but it is optional. Makes connections moisture resistant and plugs connect easier to connect/disconnect.

Bought after I tried the dorman solution to fix the blower motor not working. Installed and everything hooked up perfect. Ended up not being an issue with the harness or resistor, was bad ground the whole time! If you are having the same issue with no power to the blower, check the ground block tucked next to the air filter box and give it a wiggle or push the wires into the box.
