As a Jewish New Yorker I know my bagels, but I also watch my waistline so traditional bagels are a no go.

These are awesome, but you need to keep them in fridge so they don't mold as quickly.

My husband didn't mind it, but I felt like I was eating a non-food item. If you are desperate for bread, it may help, but not something I would want regularly.

These are awesome! They toast up nice and have a good bagel flavor. They are much lighter and less mealy than regular bagels. A+
