Makes for a great breakfast sandwich at only 2 net carbs!
Karri Hughes-Willeford•April 10, 2018
While these are not your normal bagels, it sure is nice to have a "vehicle" for your breakfast sandwich while on a keto/low carb diet! Very filling as well, so it helps keep you full and not want to snack. At least it does for me.
these are very good bagels. They taste very good

Anyone writing a negative review either just expects the exact same thing as a regular bagel or just simply doesn't know how to cook. Having said that, I can tell you that these bagels are indeed not exactly the same as a regular bagel. They are noticeably lighter both in taste and density, maybe a little bit smaller in size (compared to some "regular sized" bagels you'd get at a shop) and a little different texture. Other than that, these are very good bagels. They taste very good, with no after taste or any other problems you'll see with some other low carb foods. They toast well and can be used just like you'd use regular bagels. You can make some really good low carb pizza bagels with these too, along with other creative dishes and snacks other than just a typical breakfast bagel. I would say you can probably use these as low carb hamburger buns too if you want.
It was great in texture since it was rather soft and kind ...

It was okay. It was great in texture since it was rather soft and kind of chewy but the taste wasn't what I was looking for. Not bad and if you want a low carb bagel, this has to be as good as it gets.
Taste Great

If you do low carb or Keto this will definitely solve you need for bread texture. These toast up very well and perfect for a treat.
I really wanted to like these.

I really wanted to like these... but honestly, they're dry, don't have the flavor or the texture of a bagel... not even close.. I've tried toasting them a lot, and a little... microwaving.. everything, and they're just not good. I will avoid purchasing these in the future and just stick with their bread.
