Great bow, horrible stringer tool
Ken•August 7, 2017
It's a great bow for the price. Very easy to use. However, and this is not enough to take away a star from the bow itself, the stringer tool it comes with is worse than garbage. The tool itself feels very weak, and the first time I tried to use it the knot came undone and luckily I didn't have a lot of pressure on it so my bow is fine, but if it waited another few seconds to decide to unknot itself then I might not have a bow right now. Ironic since they mandate you use it to not void warranty. I had to retie the knot myself to ensure that it wouldn't come undone.
Highly recommend!

My husband is really into custom-made bows, but after an injury he needed a lighter-weight bow for an event he was attending. He didn't want to spend a lot of money on a hand-made bow that he knew he wouldn't use that much. After doing research, he chose this bow for his event. He was really surprised at the quality of it and how good he felt shooting it. He had said before he was going to try to sell this bow once his should injury healed, but he has since decided he was going to keep it. It comes highly recommended from a pretty particular archer!
Nice appearance and handling plus no tools needed to assemble/disassemble

This 30# bow is about 2" longer than my 40# pull knockdown recurve by another manufacturer. Very easy to assemble as limbs are fastened to riser with thumb screws. Has a cheap non-adjustable stick on arrow rest. Shot well first time out. Put a cheap sight on it and was shooting 10" groupings at 20yards with 12 shots.
The go-to bow for any traditional archer

I spent some time breaking in the bow at the archery range yesterday, and it's every bit as great as its reputation says. The bow feels perfect, as far as weight, balance, and grip. It delivered consistent accuracy (@25 meters). I'm not sure what else to say, except if you're an archer, this bow is a must have. It'll be my main bow from here out. I went with the 40#, and I found that to be perfect for target practice, with a little bit of power behind it.
Fantastic bow at a great price!

Fantastic bow. I'm middle aged male, 170lbs 5'7, and this bow works great for me. I don't hunt, not dressing up for lord of the rings, just want something fun to use in the backyard and while camping. Had a 25lb "kids bow" that just didn't feel right. This bow has enough kick to feel good, feels balanced in my hand, and works beautifully! Easily recommend! Saw the same bow at a local outdoorsmen shop for $20 more!
