I have used resistance bands in the gym at the local YMCA, but I didn't have any at home. When I had the chance to receive and test out one of these great Exercise Resistance Bands from Dynapro, I was excited. I could actually work out at home and not have to limit my workout because I didn't have all of the same equipment that the gym has.
I was impressed with both the construction and the durability of the resistance band. I chose the yellow band which offers 5-10 pounds of resistance. Following my purchase, Dynapro sent me a digital workout via email which was very helpful in getting me started in my workout. The bands are completely adjustable. There is a little ball on the end of each band attached to the handle that will hold the band creating whatever length you desire. The band is long enough to do military presses over my head. The band is totally portable, so I can take it with me when I travel.
I am so pleased with this resistance band! I am almost ready to purchase the next level which will offer more resistance.
