These are okay for the job. They can be adjusted to where you need them, but it is hard to get them to stay there. Then if they move to point to close to patient, the alarm goes off every time they move and arm or a leg. It is also easy to forget to turn it on each time you leave the room. I don't know of any better product for the price, but they could use some improvement.
