This is the best yeast ever! I always made cinnamon rolls with the regular active yeast and had great results, but let me tell you! this platinum superior yeast is amazing! just add with all ingredients and Walla! The results are bakery quality. I've done pizza, donuts and my cinnamon rolls baked and doubled in size a big difference as with the active yeast they didn't poof as much I won't buy anything else.
Cinnamon rolls from the Red Star yeast website, can't resist.

This is one of the best yeasts that I have ever used. It really does have a superior rise, especially with sweet dough, although I also made Ciabatta rolls, both were recipes from Red Star Yeast. The only problem is you do have to but it in packets (you can buy their other yeasts in bulk) AND.... it is difficult to find in a regular grocery store. BUT... I orders from the Online Grocery on Amazon....free shipping, and no tax where I live. I started with a 3 pack, I just ordered 18. You will love this yeast. I am experienced, but this will even make beginners smile.
