Also because the freezer adds a little moisture so when heated the wrap will have a moist feel to it but you may mist with water before heating to get the desired level of moist heat.
• •For Cold Therapy- Kozy Collars should be stored in a freezer safe container in the freezer; you can microwave your product right from the freezer without defrosting.
