If you are gluten free, this bread is great. At the top of my list for taste and texture. AND it has good shelf life due to inert gas packaging.

I bought this bread when it was offered in a 4-loaf bundle for 50-something dollars. Now it's priced outrageously high. I found another source and paid under $7 per loaf, which is still high-priced, but it's the best gluten-free bread I've tasted.

I was not asked to do so, but I OPTED to rate this product because it is honestly the BEST gluten-free bread I have ever tried (and I've tried them all). This bread is flavorful, moist, soft, and actually bread-like. You will not feel deprived when others are eating gluten-filled bread around you! You'll pity them because you'll know that the bread they're eating is not as tasty as yours! Yes, this bread is expensive. Really expensive. Yes, you can get cheaper gluten-free bread. I'm a lifelong bargain shopper, but with this product, you truly get what you pay for. Highly recommend. You won't be sorry.
