This ballast is instant on. Doesn't have to warm up first or flicker. Wires different than standard ballast. Wiring directions on ballast. Needed 8 orange wire nuts.
Worked like a charm.

Smaller size made installation harder, but it worked fine.
works same as original ballast.

Rewiring is required so have extra wire nuts available and a new mounting hole and hardware is also required. Otherwise it works fine.
Tough to find size ballast, fit the bill perfectly!

For some reason this is an odd physical size for ballasts. Unfortunately couldn't find anywhere locally or elsewhere online as reasonably. Fit perfectly and only required a minor rewire to the existing fixture because the failed ballast had a different and not typical wiring scheme.
If you an read a wiring diagram, you'll be ok.

Used it to fix a kitchen lift fixture. Cheaper. Than replacing the fixture. Works LED tubes.
