Highly suggest, easy to assemble and use. Ribs done and falling off the bone in 3 hours at 225 on Weber summit with smoker burner adding soaked chips and spraying ribs with apple cider vinegar every half hour using the infra red burner. Can't wait to do salmon!

I love these adjustable trays! They're a great addition to my BBQ Arsenal! The metal is of high quality and putting it together with a rotisserie spit was a winch! Too bad the spit I had can't get the same review (handle broke during first use). Anyway, it's a great investment to add this to your BBQ collection!

Works great, kinda hard to clean but that is expected. You can cook a lot of stuff with this more than just ribs. My first time I cooked two large boneless turkey breasts two full St. Louis rib racks, and two large meatloafs. I also roasted sweet potatoes.
