I have purchased this lunch picnic box for my work this item is very small and for the price it's not worth it then for me to send it back I had to pay so keep this in mind when you're looking at this product . Then the reigning I have given it is really too much it should be a half star.

I'm not sure if I got a defective model, but this does keep my items cold. I have to put in about 5 ice packs in order for my items to be at the least cool and no where near how cold I would like them. I keep this out of the sun for less than 4 hours and this does nothing. The reason for the three stars is because its a good material just doesn't work as advertised. This is more of if you're going to eat your food in the next couple of hours. I spent about 35.00 and this is rather upsetting because I wanted an item that was of the highest quality and I am stuck with this. I gave this two months time in order to solidify my opinion and it is just upsetting at the cost. This should be half the price other wise this is a rip off.
Great Lunch bag for traveling long distance or just to work.

Great lunch box. Now I don't have to remember to get silverware from home, it is part of the kit. I can strap it over my shoulder when I take short rides or I can bungee it down to my luggage rack for the long hauls. I love the fact that it has an upper compartment and a lower compartment so things don't get smashed.

It's great to be honest. I've gotten a couple compliments from others in my class. Mostly "Oh! You upgraded!" Haha.
My one complaint would lie in the salt and pepper shakers. They will not hold in fine spices. There is still a tiny amount of space between the cap and the rotateable cap for my cajun powder to leak through. I already have a small amount of cajun powder building up at the bottom of the pocket.
I may just go ahead and buy aftermarket shakers that are similar to the flimsy shakers included with this lunch bag.
