I had gastric Bypass surgery 13 years ago and constantly battle keeping my vitamin levels up and I hate taking vitamins. After starting Zip Fizz I had to cut back on how many I was drinking because my vitamin levels were going to high! It works and keeps my levels in a good place with 3-4 weekly which is kind of sad because they taste good too and I can't have one everyday or the doctor gets upset because the counts are too high.

I'm not fond of the fruit punch that comes in the packs at our local CostCo. This (plus the Orange Cream) gives me the variety I need and the price is the same.

I love Zipfizz. It took me a long time to try it because with "fizz" in the name, I thought it would be carbonated and I don't like carbonated drinks. Now that I've cut out most coffee, Zipfizz is my morning drink. Orange is my favorite, but I like Grape and Pink Lemonade too.
