I like the print results. Continuous tone allows a 300 dpi resolution print to appear very good.
Great budget option for photo booths!

This printer is a great starter for a photo booth. I had previously been using a cheap Canon printer, and a 4x6 print took about a minute to print out. Switching to this has greatly increased speed and efficiency, as the prints come out rounding to about 30 seconds from taking the picture, placing it onto a photoshop template, and printing (we run things very manually).
The rolls of paper and ink produce around 300 4x6's each, and it is great that the pack to buy comes with two rolls of ink and paper; we always have enough supplies when out at a job. Plus they are both simple and fast to replace when needed.
All in all, coming from a regular consumer printer, this is a big upgrade in the eyes of a photo booth-er. Definitely worth the purchase especially if you're on a budget!
Bonus note: the ability to print out precut photo strips has been a hit with my clients.

I received the printer quickly and looks great. I used it for an event last Saturday (photo booth) and it worked almost perfectly. For some reason the paper kept jamming, but it'd be fixed and work again. But the quality and quick printing was great!
