True to size, fits my 6'4" 300lb husband. He normally wears a 4XL but the rain slicker doesn't come in that size so we took a chance on 3XL. It fits, a little snug, it zips and snaps and it is mid calf length. He'd be thrilled with a 4XL but this 3XL will get the job done.
