I hate products designed like this

This product appears to illuminate adequately. Inserting the batteries is impossible without breaking the poorly designed plastic clips that hold the top of the battery compartment in place. Two lights, four clips, three broken clips during the first battery installation. I hate products designed like this. The instructions were not helpful. It might be a good light, but if you cannot easily install the batteries, why bother buying any more of these things! I won't.

I CAN'T BLIEVE I GOT THE RIGHT SPOTLIGHT ON THE FIRST TRY! I LIVE IN A SENIOR COMMUNITY AND HOMES ARE CLOSE TOGETHER. I DID NOT WANT TO DISTURB OTHERS. THIS IS THE PERFECT AMOUNT OF LIGHT. EQAASY TO INSTALL. MAY GET MORE FOR ON THE HOUSE ALONG THE SIDEWALK AS OPPOSED TO SOLAR GARDEN LIGHTS THAT ONLY LAST 2 YRS.

Perfect to light the pathway to my garden. I mounted it with heavy duty double face tape on the underside of a covered porch. It's sensitive enough to detect a kitty sneaking by. There were questions about having an on/off switch, it does not -- however I mounted it in such a way that you can adjust the sensor up and it doesn't pick up movement and then it's super easy to just adjust it back down. Voila.

I have bought several of these and others from Mr. Beams. They are weather resistant and the batteries last several months; maybe years since I have yet to replace any. They come on only when you walk into their space. I have placed them on walkways and at doors so they come on only as needed. They have worked well for me.

Disappointed.. I swear by these and have plenty.. I bought this one because it had a different base..and unlike the others, this one doesn't have a remote.. it lasts about 2 days..so it sucks I cant turn it off when I need, like the others. It failed to mention there was no remote.. light is bright though.
