I am quite pleased with my purchase. However, "Terra Cotta" should be the COLOR so as to not mis-lead a prospective buyer. The material is like a hard plastic.

The color is pretty awful, but this on on my back deck so I don't really mind. It does hold my hose and there's plenty of room for a much longer one. It isn't very heavy so the pot can flip up if most of the hose is pulled out, but if more than 1/2 of the hose is in it, it is fine. I did drill a few drain holes and the guide for these are molded into the plastic, but I also drilled a few in a lower ring for better drainage.

I didn't like this hose pot that much because the top is kind of sharp and my hose has now stains/scratches from this sharp part. I had a little scratch from it as well. We're trying to smooth it up with our tools. We had to make some holes as well. It does have a good size and it looks good, but I didn't like that we have to fix some things. This product needs to be improved.

This is a high-quality hose pot, but I had to drill some additional half-inch holes in the bottom to aid in drainage: it tends to accumulate water in the bottom, especially if it is out in the rain, hence 4 stars vs. 5. That said, we're very happy with the purchase.
