This unit functions well and was easy to install. It was a direct replacement for an identical unit which started leaking after 3-1/2 years in operation. Unit has a 3 year warranty.

There are much cheaper Instant Hot Water dispensers on the market, but my first one of these lasted 16 years. I think that's unheard of for the cheap brands. When it came time to replace mine, I opted to pay more for quality (as I did previously), and I'm glad I did. I'm looking forward to many years of trouble-free operation.

Installed about a month ago. I use it with an RO system. I had a plumber install it so i cant speak to ease of installation. It seemed involved. So far so good.

The Little Gourmet hot water dispenser works well and is easy to install. I've had to replace mine every 3-4 years. The warranty is 3 years. Make sure you place a pan under the unit with a $10 water detector.
