Their design is great - the padding is excellent and comfortable
Steven✓ Verified Purchase•September 22, 2023
After reading many other reviews, I decided to give these a try. Their design is great - the padding is excellent and comfortable, the wrist straps are considerably wider than others I've tried (which, along with the padding, makes them dig into your wrists far less than other straps), and they're actually designed as a Right and Left strap, so the buckles are in the same place on both hands (other brands are made so that both straps are identical, meaning the metal buckle might sit comfortably on one hand, but dig into the bones of your wrist on the other). The rubberized design is quite nice, very wide (to keep your full hand off the bar - no calluses), and does not slip in the least.
That said, I have longer fingers than most people, and the actual grip wraps are an awkward length. They're too short for me to wrap them fully around anything, not even once, so they end up doing little more than acting as extra grip - not actual support. This makes them ALMOST useless. Not entirely - they're still slightly better than no straps at all, but not as functional as a set of even cheap straps would be for me.
I've returned my set, and am searching for something else.

Worth the money for these lifting straps

The media could not be loaded. I didn't know that Amazon has Sunday delivery so I was pleasantly surprised to receive the Nayoya lifting straps. I have previously used a variety of their products over the years because the quality is top notch for the prices they sell them at but I have never had Sunday delivery. Just so happens to coincidentally be the same day that I have off from the gym. I was so excited to use them that I contemplated going to the gym but ultimately decided to be patient and wait a day.
*update*
Today I got to try these bad boys out. First impression is that they're made of durable, quality materials and enough thought was put into making these with the intention of creating the perfect weight lifting accessory. The first thing I noticed was the nylon carry pouch. GREAT! Now I dont have to search occasionally to remember where I put them. Added convenience is always an extra + .
I started my workout as I always do with a warm up 3 sets of pullups. The difference these grips made was very noticeable with the very first set. Nayoya product description 'let's you feel one with the bar' was the first thing that came to mind. That's exactly the best way to describe the difference these lifting straps made to my workout. However I had a chest day and didnt feel the need to use them, but did finish my gym session with 3 sets of dumbell shrugs to failure to bring out my traps and these grips gave me full support in my wrists and no grip fatigue. Will update once I have a full back workout day later this week.

I actually like these better than Versa Gripps!!!

I was a big time lover of Versa Gripps, and then I lost one. Just one. I couldn't bring myself to cough up the money for them again, so I lifted without straps for a year or two. I then ran across these straps by Nayoya and figured I might as well give them a try for that price. Well they arrived in a nice protective pouch, which is awesome so the velcro won't get stuck to 3r by the other stuff in my gym bag. I was AMAZED by these, I actually like these BETTER than my versa Gripps. The grip on these straps are longer, so they're much easier to wrap for pulling lifts. The material of the grip is also significantly thinner than Versas so I feel like I still have full control of my grip, but with added support. The wrist portion is well padded and comfortable. My only "con" is that I have to overlap the neoprene on the wrist portion to make them fit. But I have freakishly small (but strong) 4 inch wrist. The overlap was not uncomfortable at all, just somewhat difficult to adjust them to that point.
I've already recommended these to some friends. So pleased with these!!!

After a few years I have finally found the perfect weight lifting straps
Penelope C.✓ Verified Purchase•August 24, 2023
I am a female that loves to power lift as well as compete in crossfit and try to maintain my hands to still look "girly". I have tried many lifting straps through the last year as well as tried wrist support wraps but these are the perfect all in one lifting straps.
I have tried the old school harbinger straps but they were very uncomfortable on my wrists and did not prevent calluses. It was also very annoying to try to wrap them over the bar multiple times.
I have also tried very expensive grips but they caused slippage and moved around if my hands got sweaty. Finally I decided to invest in a pair of Nayoya' s lifting straps and am happy to say I will be sticking with them. The wrist support is excellent and easy to adjust depending on how tight or lose I want them. The pad surface is great quality and feels just right.
I first tried these on while dead lifting and they didn't move around when my hands got sweaty. These grips were very stable and provided me the perfect grip and wrist support. I was even able to add weight to the bar that I wasn't able to perform during my previous deadlift centered workout. These are very light and not bulky and perform just as advertised. A few of the guys even walked over to ask what brand these are and said they look of great quality.
I learned a lesson here that if you want a quality product you have to spend just a little bit more and for under $25 these definitely are a steal.

AWWWWLLL KINDZZ OF GAINS

ALLLL KINDZZ OF GAINS
PROS:
This allows you to definitely increase weight in pulling motions, pushing motions maybe a little bit due to wrist support
Great quality
Personally within a month I increased my Dumbbell rows from 100lb up to 120lb for 4-6 Reps, obviously I was getting stronger but these helped a lot. For weighted pull ups I went from 30lb up to 50lb. Disclaimer: Not everyone's results will be the same but this will help with your lifts
Great wrist support and Comfort, no pinching or poking if put on correctly.
IT DOESN"T STINK UP YOUR WRISTS I sweat a lot and it didn't start getting smelly until 6 months 4-6 days a week 2 hour training sessions
Obviously results may vary but I noticed it smelled newer even after a few months
CONS:
None really, My Velcro has finally started to come loose after 6 months and that is how long I have had it for. You shouldn't expect Velcro to last that long and I'm surprised it did!
The metal loop can sometimes put pressure on top of your hand when doing pushing motions but if you put it on correctly it is comfortable
I'll be buying another set soon.
Other details:
I weigh 145
Deadlift 355
DB Row is 120lb
Bench 235lb
I have done strength training for the past 6 months
I don't lift heavy weights compared to others but in moderation these wraps have done a good job and I am very happy.
You could probably expect the lifespan to be shorter if you are bigger guy that lifts heavy @$$ weights lol
