The size of the Extra-Fine Sherpa Pink Himalayan Salt is just right for my salt shaker openings. The grains are comparable in size to the "standard" salt usually purchased at the local grocery store. I had already tried the coarse-grained Sherpa Pink Himalayan Salt for use in making sauerkraut, so already knew I would really like the taste of the product. Definitely will be reordering this as needed!

Very high quality. Nice grind. I use a half tsp in hot water and lemon each morning. Has a clean not too salty taste. Seasons food beautifully. Nice finishing salt. Very well packaged and shipped quickly. A+ seller. Will re-order.

I was browsing the web on how to lose belly fat and I came up with this article about lime.There was a part where my eyes got stuck "Lime and Himalayan salt" . Since I am having aches and pains on my body and indigestion. I decided to look for a Himalayan salt online and I came up with Sherpa Pink. I've read positive reviews and while I'm reading each one , which is mostly similar symptoms with what I am experiencing with. I always feel lethargic and sleepy. I had a blood test , they tested my thyroid but everything was normal. I think I have low electrolytes , lack of sodium , potassium. I always feel sick , nauseous and my sinuses were killing me. Then I started it with lime and Himalayan salt. I first add â…› tsp of salt , then 2 oz hot water let it dissolve then pour another 8 oz of water.Then I'll squeeze two medium sized limes together with the skin. I will let it sit for few minutes. I don't use metal spoons for stirring because there's a cause of the chemical reaction. That's the first thing I sip when I wake in the morning and even after I ate dinner.I make sure I drink another glass of water after I drink it. But sometimes if I don't feel like adding lemon but it's fine. Since I started doing it I lose 10 lbs and I feel light. I barely feel heavy and I am having a good sleep. This one worked for me that's why I no longer use regular salt when I am cooking too. I purchased three more bags of this salt and share it with my sister in law and my mom. This salt is not as salty as a regular sea salt I like the taste. Thank you very much! I felt so much better and I share whatever experiences I had with this amazing salt.

I am a retired Navy Man who knows about Salt! This is the Real Deal. Extra Fine is good for my shaker and The Medium Grain is a better size when looking for heavier applications. I also got a Jar with serving spoon for The Med. Grain that shows how beautiful the Salt really is. Shipping was very quick and packaging was the best. Since I cannot evaluate the contents of this salt, I cannot say that it is any better than the salt I was using. It is OK. It does not seem as salty tasting as my previous salt. I may mix them together. I have been using natural salt from Oregon called "Real Salt". I just do not know if this salt is better for me physically than what I have been using. Had I not been using Real Salt and tried this,I would be buying this.
