Plantar Fascitis is Alleviated
Pizza Quixote✓ Verified Purchase•August 16, 2017
Me: 60 years old, size 13 feet. Recently, I've struggled with plantar fascitis. I go about 3 miles a day walking the dog, and experienced a lot of heel pain after sitting or sleeping. I tried my old custom orthotics, not much help. These were so cheap I decided to try a pair. I bought the 7-12 size, and they work fine in my size 13 shoes. The heel gel pad is kind of sticky on the bottom, so they stay in place nicely; no problem with their 3/4 length. After just 2 days, I'm experiencing diminished pain. I estimate that 70% of my heel pain is gone. I did not remove the regular inserts in my Reebok sneakers.

I have battled Plantar Fascitis off and on for several years. If I have to stand too long it acts up. Stood in line 45 minutes to vote and paid for it! I have found that using these insoles in all my shoes (including slippers) and not standing in one place too long has allowed me to be pain free. Give them a try. You will be glad you did. ðŸ‘ðŸ¼ðŸ˜Š
These fit comfortably in my shoes- no crowding in the toe area

These fit comfortably in my shoes- no crowding in the toe area. I've noticed they do slide around a bit and a few times a day I'll have to pull them back to the heel of my shoe. A bit bothersome but not a deal breaker. I've worn them for a few months now and I can't really say whether they really help me or not. I was wearing Dr. Scholl's insole prior and I'd say these are comparable. No silver bullet for plantar fasciitis but they hurt either. They are showing a decent amount of wear though; don't know how much longer they'll hold up.

These are wonderful. I showed them to my Physical Therapist before opening them. She was very impressed with the quality. For the price these are next to custom orthotics.
Definitely worth trying if you have plantar fasciitis

Definitely helps alleviate some of my pain from plantar fasciitis. This is the first orthodic that almost supports my high arch.
