The customer service was excellent, but I hated the unit. So I sent it back, which was expensive for shipping but worth it to not have something sitting around that I would never use. It barely cooled the bedroom (just a small bedroom) I had it in, even after running for an hour. And the air that blew out of it had a plastic smell that I didn't like. And the air blows up, and you can't direct it any other way. And it would cycle through blowing cold air and then back to just the room temperature air, even when the room wasn't down to the temperature that I wanted. I would think it would continue making cold air until the room was the temperature that I had the unit set to make it....
