Stops working after a few mins

The rocker is new and turns off randomly after a few mins. After a little googling this seems to be a big issue. Very disappointed. Stay away from this product.

I had a 4moms swing with my first son 4 1/2 years ago and loved it. Very good quality. I bought this one because I gave the old one away. This one is complete crap. The power chord doesn't work 95% of the time. It's only sometimes will rock when turned on, and it just feels far less sturdy than the old one. Would not buy again and don't know where to go to replace/return.
