Good. But watch out for the BLUE one. I've been rehabbing a climbing injury in my finger (finger tendon pulley) and have been using these successfully. However, the BLUE one ripped with it's first use. Such a shame, since they are premium quality and I'd had great results using the RED and GREEN for months now.
A lot thicker than you expect from the photos, It would be too big to take anywhere with you.
